Minor Edit to Laerdal Challenges

Hello Hackers,

We hope your projects are going well and you are enjoying MiniMedi so far. We have made some minor changes and added an additional Laerdal Life Saving Challenge that you can tackle as part of MiniMedi. The live list of challenges is available at www.medihacks.org/challenges. 

Michael Staton and Iaroslav Sobolev, a serial entrepreneur/VC and seasoned developer respectively, have graciously offered their help and advice to any passionate MiniMedi participants. If you have any questions or want someone to give you an expert opinion on your project, just send them a ping on our Discord and ask them to chat!
